Bike Rental Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling, bike preparation, and delivery arrangements, the following cancellation policy applies to all rentals booked through RentABike.sg .

Cancellation Terms

- Customers may cancel their booking with a 5% cancellation fee based on the total order value.

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the rental start date, by 11:59 PM (2359hrs).

- Once the clock reaches 12:00 AM (0000hrs) two days before the rental date, the booking will become non-refundable.

Example

If your rental date is 10 May 2026:

- Cancellation is allowed until 11:59 PM (2359hrs) on 8 May 2026.

- If the cancellation request is made from 12:00 AM (0000hrs) on 9 May 2026 onwards, no refund will be provided.

Your cancellation will only be considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.

RentABike.sg reserves the right to refuse refunds for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or bookings affected after delivery scheduling and bike preparation have commenced.
